Pandan Cake Storage, Transport and Serving
Keep chilled cakes refrigerated, carry the box flat, protect it from heat and follow the care instructions provided with your cake.
Before delivery or pickup
Make sure someone can receive the cake and that a refrigerator is available at the destination. Clear a flat space in the vehicle when collecting it yourself.
During transport
Keep the cake box level on a stable surface. Do not place it on a sloping seat or leave it in direct sunlight or a warm vehicle.
After arrival
Refrigerate the cake promptly and keep it chilled until you are ready to follow the serving instructions provided with the cake.
Leftovers
Return leftover cake to the refrigerator promptly and keep it covered.
